Theodora interviews Kent Teague (Vice Chairman of Leyton Orient)

A group of students have gone on a week long residential trip to Shropshire to take part in the "Supporters to Reporters" programme. The programme aims to help them to become more independent and to improve writing skills.

We were really proud of how our students worked. Here is some of their feedback:

“It showed me that writing is actually really fun and you get lots of freedom with it.”

“Since you don’t have your phone, you don’t get distracted and it made the ideas just explode in my head.”

“It gave me confidence and pride in my writing.”

Here are some of the photos. You can see more on our twitter feed.

The students also took part in running the catering.
